Place bar aside and workup a nice lather and rinse. Repeat but leave on for about 5 to 15 minutes for proper conditioning, giving you time to complete your shower and then rinse. If you hair is thin, you may want to leave in for only 5 minutes or so to avoid too much conditioning, thus creating a heavy feel to the hair. If you hair is thick, leave on longer for more conditioning and then rinse. After a few shampoos, you'll feel a noticeable difference in the texture of your hair.
