Evergreen - House Plan

The Evergreen is the perfect 3 bedroom farmhouse plan for a side sloping lot with an attractive wrap around porch, rear porch and split bed layout.  A side entry basement garage makes great use of a side sloping lot and provides tons of space for storage and mechanicals.  A grand vaulted living room, filled with natural light from architectural skylights opens up to a flexible bonus loft space above.  The luxurious kitchen features a sit-in island and triple windows out to the rear of the house.  A split bedroom layout offers privacy with the primary bed suite on the left and the secondary bedrooms on the right. The primary bedroom enjoys direct access to the rear porch, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
