EverColor® Everglow Sedge Grass

Tidy and staying put where it's planted, the EverColor® Everglow Sedge Grass (Carex morrowii ‘Everglow’) will provide year-round motion and energy for your garden! Nothing does it quite as well as Ornamental Grasses! They are super easy to care for, they fit into just about any garden style, and now... there are so many colors to choose from! A vibrant new color, EverColor® Everglow Carex, and once you see it, you will agree that it is such a great and adaptable plant with immensely vivid colors! Standing out from other Carex with eye-catching, glossy yellow-green blades with fantastic orange highlights and edges! From early spring until autumn's frost, you'll enjoy bright-hued blades of color rustling in the breeze! Summer brings brown, spiky seed heads for added interest and motion in the wind. Hardy throughout USDA planting zones 6 to 9, Everglow forms 15 - 18 inch tall and wide mounds of potent color! Landscape Application: Try Everglow Sedge in your favorite container as both a 'thriller' and a 'spiller'! It will bring color and texture to any garden combo! The distinctive lime and orange foliage really set off nearly every other color and plant! Use as edging along pathways and the fronts of garden bed edges for a colorful pop and finishing touch to your landscape design! Everglow Sedge makes a magnificent evergreen groundcover! Everglow can also stabilize soil and beautify that hard-to-maintain slope. Looking absolutely stunning planted as groundcover, or in long winding rows along your garden beds and bodies of water. Plant along rain gardens and water feature edges, and enhance that soggy area where the gutters drain. With high style and high impact, the vibrant, tidy clump formation lends itself to formal garden styles. In contrast, the soft texture and lively colors work just as well in informal gardens! These high-impact and very colorful plants bring out the best in the landscape, setting off terra cotta pottery, and stucco home siding while boosting the color and curb appeal of your entire yard! Easy-care perennials, Carex are low-growing focal points and low maintenance interest for a wide variety of landscape applications. They add an amazing designer touch to your landscape! Need even more impact on your shady landscape areas? Plant large swaths, banks, and drifts of EverColor® Sedge and watch as your landscape lights up like a sunset in the summer!
