Events Bundle

You’ve dreamed of this for years, running events - live or virtual - in your business. Clients are raving about your events and you’re ready to make them a substantial part of the way you serve clients now.  But are you prepared for what comes next? Do you have the answers for questions that come with selling and delivering your creative services, like: I’ve got my sights set on hosting an amazing client retreat or live event in the future, but what do I need to make sure my business and I are protected if someone gets hurt or needs to cancel? How can I get permission to use photos of attendees that my event photographer shot? How can I maintain the DEI values I hold dear when inviting speakers to my (live or virtual) event? Our new Event Bundle includes not only all the contract basics you need to make sure you’re running your event planning business legally, but also comes with the contracts you’ll need when it’s time to grow to the next level. The bundle includes: Event or Activity Liability Waiver: Using an Event or Activity Liability Waiver can protect your business’s and your assets from being taken if someone has an injury at your event or venue. Event Planner Client Contract: make sure you and your client are on the same page. Live Speaking Agreement: a must for any event host or professional speaker who wants to be clear about how they work, plus maintain the DEI values they hold dear. Virtual Speaking Agreement: just because a speaking engagement is virtual doesn’t mean there aren’t just as many details to put in writing. Retreat or Group Trip Participant Agreement: help you and your clients have some peace of mind to know everyone is protected legally, and is perfect for all-inclusive experiences like yoga, wellness, business, or lifestyle retreats and guided travel vacation experiences.
