Mix-in for Acne Prone / Lackluster Skin

Brightening Night Time Lotion with Niacinamide When your skin is dealing with acne or dullness, swap Eventide into your night time routine.  Niacinamide and L-carnitine both encourage cellular turnover, boosting your skin's ability to handle breakouts and helping you shed a dull complexion. Eventide also includes Ayurvedic herbs, intentionally blended to support your skin and maintain balance.  In Eventide, you'll find one of the richest sources of natural vitamin C, Indian gooseberry (known in Ayurveda as amla or amalaki, botanical name: Phyllanthus emblica), along with guduchi (Tinospora cardifolia), manjistha (Rubia cardifolia), and lodhra (Symplocos racemosa). These four herbs are among the most renowned in Ayurvedic skincare. Rounding out this potent blend, aloe leaf juice and cucumber hydrosol soothe your skin while ceramides encourage balanced sebum production whether your skin is oily or dry. Eventide has a creamy, mousse like consistency.  It applies light as air, soaks in rapidly, and encourages a more radiant complexion. [split] How to Use Apply in the evening to clean and toned face and décolletage. Suitable for use as an eye cream especially when blended with a few drops of I am Enough Facial Oil.  Apply before any spot treatments you use. Key Ingredients Niacinamide helps reduce the appearance of redness and promotes a more even complexion.  It encourages cellular turnover, which helps reveal more radiant skin. L-Carnitine also helps promote cellular turnover.  L-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid in the body, and it's also a beta hydroxy acid.  L-carnitine gently stimulates cellular turnover unearthing a brighter complexion. Ceramides are skin identical lipids (oil soluble compounds) that help maintain the integrity of the skin barrier and restore hydration. Both acne prone girls and those of us who suffer from dry, flaky skin (who am I kidding, I fall into both categories) are often deficient in ceramide production, and this class of compounds is seriously beneficial for "problem" skin. Meadowfoam seed oil is the Swiss army knife of skincare oils.  Its unique fatty acid profile makes it non-comedogenic, easily absorbed, and great for all skin types (including oily skin types), plus it's sustainably harvested in the Pacific Northwest. Hemp seed oil is another highly absorbent lightweight oil that is high in PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acids), which are incredible for all skin types and have been shown to help improve dry, flaky skin and soothe sensitive skin. The peptide Preventhelia® (Diaminopropionoyl Tripeptide-33) shields from the effects the sun's rays. The soothing peptide Telangyn™ (Acetyl Tetrapeptide-40) helps reduce the appearance of redness.
