Event Room Deposit — $20 Reserve your date at CrazyKooky Candles’ cozy event room in downtown Coffeyville. This non-refundable deposit holds your requested date and is applied to your room rental total. Deposit: $20 (non-refundable) Rate: Event Room starts at $45 for up to 4 hours Balance Due: Remaining $25 due in store on your event date before setup begins Capacity: Up to 45 seated (even more with an open floor plan) Tables: 4–8 tables; flexible layouts Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages allowed How It Works Add this deposit to your cart and check out to request your date. We’ll follow up by email or phone to confirm availability and details. Complete the Event Room Policy & Rental Agreement (online or in store). Pay the remaining balance in store on your event date before setup begins. Policies You Should Know Cancellation: With at least 3 days’ notice, you may transfer your deposit to a future date (based on availability).  Copy of Agreement: You may request a copy in store at final payment and agreement signature. Safety: No smoking or vaping indoors. No open flames unless part of a CrazyKooky Candles–hosted activity. Alcohol only with written approval and in compliance with law. Questions before you book?
