Evac Systems Oxy Backpack – SAR Oxygen & Trauma Response Pack

The Ultimate Hands-Free Oxygen Solution for Remote Rescue The Evac Systems Oxy Backpack is engineered for rescuers who need to move fast and keep their hands free. Whether you are on skis, rappelling a cliff face, or hiking into the backcountry, this pack allows you to carry a complete oxygen and trauma setup comfortably on your back. Built to take a beating, it is constructed from 1,000 Denier Cordura® Nylon, ensuring it withstands rock abrasion, tree branches, and extreme weather without failure. Key Features Secure Oxygen Cylinder Mount: The main compartment features a dedicated retention system to hold an oxygen bottle (typically D or Jumbo D size) securely against the back panel, balancing the weight for long treks. Removable Organizer Panel: Includes a double-sided internal panel attached via hook-and-loop (Velcro®). This panel is covered in pockets and elastic loops, allowing you to organize airways, IV kits, and meds, or rip the entire panel out to pass to a partner. Rugged Protection: Foam padding is strategically placed throughout the bag to protect the regulator and delicate medical glass from impact during transport. Mission-Specific Design: Designed specifically for Search and Rescue (SAR) teams and Ski Patrols, where mobility is the primary requirement. Why It Matters Standard oxygen duffels are a liability in rough terrain. You cannot carry a stretcher and a duffel at the same time. The Oxy Backpack solves this by shifting the heavy O2 load to your shoulders/hips, freeing your hands to manage ropes, ski poles, or the litter. How to Use Load: Secure the O2 cylinder in the center mount. Organize: Fill the removable panel with intubation kits, BVMs, and diagnostics. Carry: Use the padded shoulder straps to hike to the patient. Deploy: Lay the pack flat, unzip fully, and detach the organizer panel for immediate access to supplies. Technical Overview The pack measures 18″ L x 9″ W x 24″ H, providing ample volume for a standard BLS or ALS loadout alongside the oxygen supply. Compliance & Origin Made in the USA
