EVA+PP Core

Quiet-Tech Hybrid Core for Comfort-First Paddle Programs EVA+PP Core is a layered Core Structure designed for brands targeting noise-sensitive environments and a cushioned, low-impact feel. By combining an elastic EVA layer with a PP honeycomb base, this hybrid core reduces acoustic output while improving vibration damping—helpful for comfort-oriented SKUs and residential-friendly “quiet play” programs. Paddle Configuration System (Core-Only Technical Profile) Core Structure: EVA + PP Hybrid — EVA foam layer bonded to a Polypropylene Honeycomb base Construction Method Compatibility: Cold-Pressed builds and Thermoformed builds (project-dependent) Composite Engineering (Layer Bonding): multi-layer bonding designed to support long-run durability and reduce delamination risk Performance Variables (Typical Tuning): sound suppression, vibration damping, touch/soft feel, control bias Thickness Options: 10mm / 13mm / 14mm / 16mm / 18mm Why brands choose EVA+PP for quiet-play lines Acoustic Dampening: engineered to reduce the sharp “pop” signature for quieter play environments Vibration Management: enhanced shock absorption to reduce high-frequency feedback and player fatigue Cushioned Touch: softer impact feel that supports control-first positioning and comfortable resets/dinks Positioning vs. Standard Cores Compared with classic PP honeycomb or many rigid foam-style cores, EVA+PP typically prioritizes sound suppression and comfort over explosive power. It is commonly selected when a brand needs a distinct “quiet tech” signature for residential use, indoor facilities, or community noise restrictions. Manufacturing Consistency for Wholesale Orders Hybrid cores depend on controlled bonding quality. WERiDON manages the bonding and process control required for repeatable bulk production, helping maintain layer integrity, consistency, and durability across batches for OEM/ODM programs.
