Touchscreen Features The touch screen on the Mignon XL espresso grinder features a large screen so that you can adjust your grind setting and insert your programmable doses. Programmable Shots You have the ability to customize your coffee by programming the shots to dispense a specific amount of coffee grounds. This allows for consistent results in every grind, whether you're making a single or double shot of espresso. On Demand Grinding This Eureka coffee grinder is an on demand grinder and capable of grinding for your portafilter at the touch of a button.  65mm Diamond Coated Flat Burrs The Eureka Mignon Oro stands out for combining extremely durable 65mm diamond-coated burrs and electronic timed dosing with a sleek digital interface, ideal for prosumer espresso enthusiasts who demand precision and consistency in grind quality. These are made for high consistency and can perform a shot at 1.4-1.8 grams per second. High RPM The Eureka Oro XL is built for speed and durability, featuring a high-RPM burr assembly that spins at an impressive 1650 rpm. This faster rotation increases grinding efficiency, helping reduce wait times and improve workflow in both home and commercial settings. Easy Access When it comes to maintenance, the grinder is designed for easy access. Simply remove the bean hopper to begin. Behind the rear logo, a Philips head screw secures the top panel. Once removed, two additional Philips screws fasten the top burr carrier, allowing quick access for cleaning or inspection without complicated disassembly. Diamond Burrs At the heart of the system are high-quality Diamond Inside burrs, a patented material engineered to outperform standard stainless steel burrs commonly found in other grinders. This advanced construction significantly extends burr lifespan, preserves sharpness over time, and maintains consistent grind quality for years of use. Who Is It For? This makes it ideal for prosumer setups (enthusiast-level home espresso machines) and low-to-medium volume coffee shops.  Smart Hopper Designs The Eureka Oro XL is engineered with practical usability in mind, starting with its low-profile build. Standing just under 10.75″ tall without the hopper, it fits comfortably beneath most kitchen cabinets. Once the hopper is attached, the total height reaches approximately 14.5″, with a bean capacity of roughly 300 grams—ideal for both home and light commercial use. Set Screw Lock To ensure safe and secure operation, the grinder includes a set screw that locks the hopper in place. This not only prevents accidental removal when the hopper is full, but also serves as a helpful reminder for users to empty or close the hopper before detaching it. Finger Guard Inside the hopper, a built-in finger guard provides an added layer of safety by keeping hands clear of the grinding burrs, helping to prevent accidental contact during use or cleaning. Bean Stopper For added convenience, the hopper is equipped with a bean stopper near its base. With a simple push, you can close off the opening to switch out beans without emptying the entire hopper. Keep in mind that any beans already sitting in the burrs will need to be ground out before removing the hopper completely. These user-focused details make the Eureka Oro XL both compact and intelligently designed for everyday efficiency and safety. Ace System and Anti-Clumping The burrs large size isn't the only feature reducing retention, improving flavor, and providing incredibly fluffy grind. The ACE System by Eureka is an anti-clump and electrostatic system that prevents the development of clumps and eliminates electrostatic charge that's created while grinding coffee. Eureka grinder's unique anti-clumping system creates a beautifully fluffy grind even with the finest of espresso grinds. Zero Waste Grinds Achieving Zero Waste is made possible by: 1. A special Anti-Vibration System that enables uninterrupted shots even when there are disturbances or impacts on the filter holder. 2. The exclusive IGW Technology ensures that the grinding process halts immediately when the filter holder is removed. Stepless Adjustments The Atom coffee grinder is not only a beautiful and quiet espresso grinder, but it is also effortless to use. With its simple grinding adjustment, a stepless ring nut gear makes it easy to make minuscule grind adjustments. Something that every barista knows is the key to a great espresso! Silent Technology This Eureka machine's Silent Technology offers a unique solution to minimize vibrations and significantly decrease grinding noise levels (approximately 64 dB), ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable grinding experience at all hours. This grinder runs 20 dB quieter than the average, and is one of the quietest on the market. Note: This grinder is louder than the others in the Mignon series due to its more powerful motor.
