Eureka Mignon Zero 65 Espresso Grinder

Exclusive to Clive Coffee, the Eureka Mignon Zero 65 is a single-dose espresso grinder built for home baristas who've outgrown entry-level equipment and want commercial-caliber performance on the counter. Upgraded from the Zero's 55mm burrs to 65mm flat stainless steel, the Zero 65 grinds faster, runs cooler, and produces even more uniform particle distribution, translating directly into better espresso clarity and body. The rubber bellows and anti-retention design keep waste under 0.2 grams per dose, so every gram you weigh actually ends up in your puck. At this price point, the Zero 65 competes with grinders costing significantly more. Key Features This custom model is exclusive to Clive Coffee 65mm flat hardened steel burrs: Larger burrs mean faster grinding (2.3–2.8g/sec for espresso), lower heat buildup, and a finer, more even particle distribution. The step up from 55mm is immediately noticeable in the cup. Blind upper burr (no screw holes): For easy cleaning, replacement, and lower grind retention.  Near-zero retention: The rubber bellows pushes nearly all grounds through. Retention stays under 0.2 grams.  Stepless micrometric adjustment: Eureka's patented system gives you infinite, precise control between grind settings. No click-stops, no guesswork — just dial where you need to be. Easy switch system: For quick and intuitive activation of coffee grinding. This lever slides up and down to engage the motor Silent technology: Engineered noise insulation keeps the Zero 65 remarkably quiet for its motor size, at Around 64 dB, lower than most grinders in this class. ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity): Reduces static and clumping so grounds land cleanly in your cup or portafilter, not on your counter. Walnut hopper lid: Walnut hopper lid upgrade that makes the grinder pop on your counter Unbreakable bean hopper with anti-popcorning system: The 45g hopper is sized for single-dosing and designed so lighter roasts don't skip around on the burrs. Ideal For The Mignon Zero 65 is the right choice for dedicated home espresso enthusiasts who want a real single-dose workflow with burrs that can grow with their palate. It's ideal if you're rotating through multiple coffees, or have been frustrated by how slowly your current grinder works through a dose. If you're upgrading from a smaller-burr Mignon or a stepped grinder and want a meaningful performance boost without moving into commercial-grinder territory, the Zero 65 is the way to go. Pairs naturally with machines like the Profitec MOVE, LUCCA M58 Sunto, or the ECM Synchronika II.
