Etruscan Hoop Posts - Small in Sterling Silver or 14k gold

These are my second smallest Etruscan Hoops as a post earring! Smaller than a dime - these post hoops hug your earlobe. So freakin’ cute! I like to wear them in my second piercing up. But y'all do what you want! Available in :Sterling Silver with Sterling Post and Earnut or 14k Yellow Gold with 14k Post and Earnut 12mm or 1/2” These hoop posts are cast using the Lost Wax process from a granulated master for a limited edition series of hoops. I use fine silver for the original granulation, then make a mold, pull a wax copy from the mold, and then cast using the lost wax process with a vacuum.Then I can cast it in the metal of your choice! Granulation is a fascinating and labor-intensive ancient fusing process that can only be done with certain alloys that are prone to fusing. Sterling silver is not one of those metals. Casting allows me to make this design in hard-to-fuse metals such as Sterling Silver and 14k gold.
