Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Single Origin Coffee

This coffee is a nice medium to full bodied coffee with floral and citrus notes.  The origins of coffee as we know it today began in Ethiopia. A shepherd noted his herd became quite energized after they consumed the cherries of a local tree.
