This coffee is naturally processed, with ripe coffee cherries dried whole in the sun before the fruit is removed from the bean. This traditional dry-processing method encourages sweetness and depth in the cup, giving this Sidama a smooth combination of dried fruit, cocoa, and caramelized sugar flavors. With a cupping score of 84.25, this is an approachable Ethiopian coffee with a light body, medium acidity, and a balanced flavor profile that works well across a range of roast levels.
