This washed Yirgacheffe from the Idido washing station is Ethiopia doing what it does best. Grown at high elevations by dedicated smallholder farmers, these heirloom varieties are naturally processed to bring out all the vibrant, expressive flavors we love in Ethiopian coffee. In the cup, it’s full of sweet berry notes, bright floral jasmine, and a delicate, tea-like mouthfeel.
