Estilo Affinato di Modena Balsamic Reduction*

Estilo Affinato di Modena means refined and improved style in Italian.  This dark balsamic vinegar has the highest density of any vinegar we carry and is the improved version of our denissimo reduction.  Imported from Modena, Italy and made from the highest quality grape must, this product is super thick and complex, imparting layers of flavoring.  It has an astounding 1.36 density and 6% acidity, the vinegar possesses a balance of sweet and sour with perfect harmony and texture.  Notes of plum, honey and cherry make this vinegar exceptionally appealing and unique. Use this over roasted vegetables, on grilled portobellos, as a glaze for proteins, on a charcuterie board, drizzle over gelato, the possibilities are endless.
