Espresso Roma

Parisi Coffee's Espresso Roma captures the soul of traditional Roman espresso culture—bold, richly textured, and built for milk. This Italian-influenced blend delivers the kind of espresso you'd find in a neighborhood bar near the Colosseum: deep, satisfying, and uncompromising in its full-bodied character. Tasting Notes Expect layers of milk chocolate sweetness anchored by roasted almond and delicate honeysuckle florals. The body is substantial and velvety, coating the palate with a luxurious weight that holds up beautifully to milk. The finish lingers with bittersweet cocoa and subtle nuttiness, creating that quintessential Roman espresso experience—clean, balanced, and built to be savored. Brew Methods This blend truly shines as traditional espresso, where its big body and chocolate-forward profile create perfect cappuccinos and lattes. It's also exceptional in a Moka pot, honoring its Italian heritage with concentrated, stovetop-brewed intensity. The robust flavor profile can handle milk-based drinks without losing complexity, making it ideal for cortados, macchiatos, and flat whites. For espresso enthusiasts, it pulls beautifully with a moderate dose and shorter ratios that emphasize body and sweetness.
