Espresso Parisi

Espresso Parisi is Parisi Coffee's love letter to Sicily—a traditional Italian-style espresso blend that honors the rich, sweet espresso their family grew up drinking. This is coffee roasted for those who appreciate the deep, comforting flavors of classic European café culture, where espresso means dark chocolate richness and nut-forward sweetness rather than bright acidity. Tasting Notes The first sip reveals milk chocolate sweetness layered with toasted hazelnut and almond. There's a subtle vanilla character that becomes more pronounced when paired with steamed milk, along with gentle caramel notes that linger on the finish. The body is full and creamy, with low acidity that makes this espresso approachable and comforting. Coffee Review awarded this blend 91 points in 2014, recognizing its balanced complexity and traditional appeal. This is espresso that tastes like walking into a family-run café in Palermo—familiar, welcoming, and deeply satisfying. Brew Methods Espresso Parisi shines brightest as its name suggests: pulled as espresso. The blend is formulated to produce thick crema and balanced sweetness at traditional espresso parameters. It excels in milk-based drinks—cappuccinos and lattes showcase the vanilla and caramel notes beautifully. While optimized for espresso machines, this coffee also works well in stovetop moka pots for those seeking that classic Italian stovetop espresso experience. The darker roast profile and chocolatey character make it less ideal for pour-over methods where you'd want brighter, more delicate flavors.
