Especially This

Acrylic paint, colored pencils, sewing thread, and gold leaf. This painting shows how color, marks, and fluidity come together to evoke movement. A smidgen of gold leaf and sewing thread catches a bit of light, while sewing thread and colored pencils create layers of texture and depth. The fluid paint left an imprint of energy, a presence. Tied to a larger collection, “Echoes of Color”, this piece considers how the rhythm of color and motion, a resonance of emotion, is stirred within us.
