ESOTERIC Wheel & Caliper Ceramic Coating for High-Temperature Protection

Heat-Resistant Protection for Wheels and Brake Calipers ESOTERIC Wheel & Caliper Coating is engineered for the high-heat, high-contamination environment of wheels and brake calipers. Designed to resist brake dust, road salts, and corrosion, it enhances gloss while making cleaning dramatically easier. Why We Created It Wheels and calipers face extreme temperatures and heavy contamination. Traditional protection breaks down quickly under these conditions, requiring constant maintenance. We developed ESOTERIC Wheel & Caliper Coating to solve this problem by delivering durable protection that survives repeated heat cycles and prevents stubborn buildup. Product Overview Durable ceramic protection formulated for wheels and calipers High heat resistance for brake systems and sporting-use vehicles Hydrophobic surface that repels brake dust and contamination Enhances gloss, clarity, and long-term finish stability Improves cleaning efficiency with easier maintenance Developed and tested by the ESOTERIC studio team How to Apply Prepare the wheels: Wash thoroughly. Mechanically decontaminate as needed and dry completely. Use ESOTERIC Panel Prep Wipe to remove oils and residue before applying the coating. Apply a controlled amount of coating to the surface using a microfiber or suede applicator. Level product evenly using overlapping cross-hatch strokes. Wipe excess product using appropriate microfiber towels according to ambient temperature and humidity. Allow coating to cure indoors for the first 4–6 hours. Avoid water or heavy brake dust during this period. Full performance develops after the coating has cured 12–18 months depending on driving conditions and maintenance. Technical and Care Notes Type: Professional-grade ceramic coating for wheels and brake systems Chemistry: Ceramic / SiO₂-based system Compatibility: Designed for modern wheel finishes, brake calipers, and high-heat components Maintenance: Use ESOTERIC Wheel Cleaner and proper wash methods to support gloss and longevity Durability: 12–18 months depending on care and vehicle use Conditions: Avoid water exposure during initial cure Application Video Watch a step-by-step demonstration of ESOTERIC Wheel & Caliper Coating, including prep, application, and maintenance tips.
