Esker Hayduke LVS Custom Frame Pack

Before Esker launched the Hayduke LVS, Tim sent us some drawings so we could get patterns dialed in for all sizes of the frame. This removes the need to send us a photo, and streamlines the turnaround time a little bit. And you still get to choose from our normal plethora of colors/options! Also, if you're looking for the pack that sits between the seat tube and rear wheel, check out the Hideout! All our frame packs are fully padded on all sides, which provides structure and protects your gear and your bike's frame. The 1000D Cordura, RX30 X-pac, and 15oz waxed canvas exterior fabric options are water resistant, and hold up to hard use. 200 denier nylon lines the interior, and we added a mesh pocket inside for sorting out items you want easy access to. We opted to use a #9 Ideal water resistant zipper that opens easily without getting jammed up. The Nanosphere coating on the zipper repels water as well as dirt and grime. No, it’s not waterproof, but from our experience it keeps the water out, is easier to use, and lasts far longer than urethane coated zippers. The 2nd drive-side zipper option includes a horizontal velcro divider between the compartments unless otherwise specified. 1000D Cordura, RX30 X-pac (recycled), or 15oz waxed canvas exterior 200D nylon interior Foam stiffeners in all panels for padding and structure Hydration port included at the nose of the pack Interior mesh pocket and key hook for organization #9 Ideal coil zipper with Nanosphere coating 100% Made in USA Please double check your frame size!
