This outstanding poster was designed in 1968 by Swiss artist, Rappaz Rolf (1914-1996), who was an important contributor to making Switzerland famous for its distinct post-war poster style. The bold colours against the black background, and the decorative, yet simple design certainly make this an extremely eye-catching piece. Particulars: This poster was created using the silk screen print method, and has been professionally conserved and backed on acid-free linen paper (see poster and print conservation and restoration). There are a few discolouration spots on black background, is otherwise in very good condition.
