Pumped Up SUP will email you with a unique gift card code within 24 hours of your purchase, and reserve the model in our inventory against the voucher you have purchased.    3. Approximately 7 days before the board is available to ship, Pumped Up SUP will send you a link to access reserved pre-order inventory. The unique 'gift card' code will be redeemable for the value deposited at checkout against your order.  4. Complete your purchase including the addition of paddles and accessories.  Terms and Conditions 1. Reserved boards will be held for a maximum of 14 days after Pumped Up SUP has emailed and advised your reserved board is available to complete your purchase. The gift card code will be held and available to use on any in-stock inventory on Pumped Up SUP for a period of one year - or -  the purchaser can request a refund.  2. This voucher / gift card code is transferable to a different ERS color or model provided there is availability, and the change request is made, and confirmed, by Pumped Up SUP prior to purchase.  3. This voucher is fully refundable if you do not proceed with the purchase. The refund will at the request of the original purchaser be processed back to the original form of payment.  4. Gift card code details are held in a secure section of our site. We can re-issue the original email on request to the original purchaser, though the voucher can not be transferred to a third party and is not redeemable for cash.
