Eris® Studio 8 (Single)

Eris Studio-series monitors are designed for superior performance with sonic clarity and accuracy, so you hear every detail in your mix. Building on decades of technological expertise, the third-generation Eris Studio 8 delivers rich low-end and controlled high-frequency response that reproduces every detail in your recordings with a natural sound unparalleled in its class. The custom-designed EBM (Elliptical Boundary Modeled) waveguide provides superior high-frequency response and wide 120-degree horizontal dispersion to create a broader sweet spot. Narrow vertical dispersion reduces reflections from your desk, while the 1.25-inch silk-dome tweeter ensures snappy, accurate transient reproduction. An elegant new enclosure design improves the waveguide performance so you'll hear the finest details in your mix. The woven-composite, 8-inch, low-frequency driver offers Eris' signature tight, clear bass with plenty of punch. Its 140W of biamped power makes the Eris Studio 8 more efficient than previous designs. The ported enclosure maximizes bass response and allows the Eris Studio 8 to reach down to an astonishing 35 Hz—with no subwoofer! Modern recording studios can be anywhere from a spare bedroom to a multi-million dollar facility; that's why Eris Studio 5 is equipped with controls that ensure the flattest response in your mix environment. Acoustic tuning controls let you configure your studio monitors perfectly for your room—you get Low-cut, Mid, and High controls, plus 3-way acoustic space tuning that helps you easily compensate for the sonic effects of speaker placement against a wall or in a corner. Designed for superior performance in both home studios and small professional mix rooms, the Eris Studio 8 combines flexible connectivity with sonic accuracy that puts it in a class all its own.
