Details Enjoy a relaxing, healing bath or footbath while increasing your body's magnesium levels! Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) has been used for centuries to relieve stress, flush toxins, reduce inflammation, and ease pain. Adding epsom salt to water with essential oils will evenly disperse the oils—otherwise they will rise to the surface. This emulsifying property is another reason that epsom salt is an ingredient in many aromatherapy formulas. Quantity: 8 oz., or 1 c. Note: Do not use epsom salt internally as a laxative if you have stomach or abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, unless directed by a doctor. PLEASE NOTE: When receiving goods internationally, there may be a delay at customs for processing a shipment.
