Epiphone 1963 Firebird V 2025 - Frost Blue

Epiphone really outdid themselves with this one. The 1963 Firebird V is a faithful nod to one of Gibson’s most unique and eye-catching designs, and this Frost Blue finish just takes it over the top. It’s got the 9-piece mahogany/walnut neck-through build that gives the Firebird its crazy sustain and resonance. Even unplugged, you can feel it sing. Plug it in, and those dual Gibson USA Firebird pickups bring the perfect mix of humbucker depth and single-coil sparkle — everything from smooth blues and rock leads to bright, jangly cleans. All the vintage details are here too: the stepped headstock, banjo-style tuners, phoenix pickguard, and that vibey Maestro Vibrola tailpiece for expressive shimmer. It’s pure ‘60s attitude with modern playability and reliability. If you’ve been after a Firebird that captures the look, feel, and sound of the original without the vintage price tag — this is the one. The guitar in the photos is the guitar for sale. Please note: the frost blue finish is really hard to get to show up in photos 100% accurate. It's a pale light blue, but can appear almost seafoam and more vibrant in photos. This guitar weighs 8lbs 11oz.  Features: Frost Blue finish with classic Firebird styling 9-ply mahogany/walnut neck-through construction with mahogany body wings Bound Indian laurel fingerboard with trapezoid inlays Dual Gibson USA Firebird mini humbucking pickups Maestro Vibrola tailpiece with adjustable bridge Kluson banjo-style tuners Stepped Firebird headstock with phoenix pickguard 22 medium jumbo frets, 24.75” scale length 2 Volume, 2 Tone, and 3-way toggle controls
