English Breakfast Tea from the Brontosaurus

The Lore of Early Earth Breakfast Breakfast Tea as it should be: This is the apex predator of morning brews—straightforward, powerful, and evolved to perfection. We’ve stripped away the fluff to leave you with a tea that is as dependable as a fossil record, providing the raw energy needed to kickstart your metabolism and prepare you for a day of defending your territory. Not too complicated but strong enough to stand up to milk and sugar: You don't need a degree in paleontology to appreciate this cup. It possesses a sturdy, armored backbone that won’t back down, even when faced with a stampede of milk or a landslide of sugar. Like a triceratops standing its ground, the bold tea flavor remains the hero of the mug, no matter what you add to the mix. A rustic, sweet cup that brings good news all day long: This blend offers a grounded, earthy sweetness reminiscent of the fertile soil of a prehistoric river delta. It’s a "good news" brew that signals a successful foraging mission ahead, keeping your spirits high and your roar loud from sunrise until the volcanoes go quiet at night. A blend of African and Indian Tea: We’ve bridged the continents of Gondwana to bring you this intercontinental alliance. By combining high-altitude leaves from the rugged terrains of Africa and India, we’ve created a botanical hybrid that is stronger and more resilient than any single-origin species. It’s a world-class blend for a world-class explorer. To unearth the full potential of Early Earth Breakfast, here is a dinosaur-themed brewing guide designed for the ultimate morning migration. The Field Guide to Brewing Early Earth Breakfast To extract the most robust, fossil-fueling flavors from these leaves, follow these high-stakes excavation steps: 1. The Geothermal Source (Water Temp) Bring your water to a roaring boil, mimicking a bubbling geothermal vent. You’re aiming for a temperature of 212°F. This intense heat is necessary to break through the "armored" cell walls of the African and Indian tea leaves, releasing their deep, malty minerals. 2. The Specimen Count (Measurement) Measure out 1 rounded teaspoon (about 2.5g to 3g) of loose leaf tea for every 8oz to 12oz of water. If you’re preparing for a massive herbivore-sized mug, don't be afraid to add a "sub-layer" of extra leaves to ensure the brew is strong enough to stand its ground. 3. The Deep Freeze Prevention (Warm the Pot) Before adding your tea, swirl a bit of hot water in your "cave" (the teapot or mug) and pour it out. This ensures your brew doesn't lose its volcanic heat the moment it hits the ceramic, keeping the infusion temperature stable. 4. The Epoch of Extraction (Steeping Time) Submerge the leaves and let them settle into the "sediment" of your cup. Set your timer for 3 to 5 minutes. 3 Minutes: A swift, agile infusion—perfect for a quick morning hunt. 5 Minutes: A heavy-weight, high-body brew that carries the strength of a Triceratops. Warning: Steeping longer than an era (6+ minutes) may lead to a "bitter extinction" of the sweeter notes. 5. The Mammal Modification (Additions) Because this tea has a sturdy, prehistoric backbone, it is evolved to handle reinforcements. If the "bite" is too sharp, add a splash of creamy milk or a landslide of sugar. This softens the astringency without causing the bold tea flavor to go extinct. The Pro-Paleo Tip: For an extra-invigorating start to your daily migration, try a "Double-Dig." Use two teaspoons of leaves and steep for the full 5 minutes to create a concentrate that can be turned into a Breakfast Latte—strong enough to wake up a hibernating Spinosaurus!
