A classic, rich breakfast blend, excellent with or without milk. Full, complex and fresh. It is made at Teahouse Kuan Yin, where we blend Ceylon, Keemun, and Assam teas into a nicely balanced tea that can stand up to the heaviest breakfast, but is still drinkable even if you aren't having rashers of bacon alongside.
