Engine Like 5 Minnow Elastomer 5" 5pk

Engine Like Five ES Elastomer Minnow 5" 5pk The Engine Like Five ES Elastomer Minnow is a premium JDM baitfish-style soft bait designed for finesse bass fishing, jighead presentations, and natural drifting action. Built from buoyant elastomer material, this 5-inch minnow bait gives anglers a lifelike profile with subtle movement that works especially well when bass are keyed on shad, wakasagi, and other slender baitfish. The Like Five ES is not simply a material change from the original Like Five. The body shape was redesigned to better balance buoyancy and control. That makes it easier to maintain range on a jig head while still keeping the natural drift, shimmer, and responsive action that make elastomer baits so effective for pressured fish. Buoyant Elastomer Minnow for Finesse Bass Fishing The Engine Like Five ES uses a buoyant elastomer body to create a natural, floating-style response in the water. Its textured surface and flat-sided profile help reduce unnatural flash while still creating a realistic baitfish shimmer. The result is a subtle, controlled presentation that can trigger bass in clear water, pressured lakes, and technical fishing situations. Rolling and Flapping Action The Like Five ES is designed with salt mixed only in the belly to help balance the bait. On retrieve or rod movement, the front of the body produces a rolling action while the rear responds with a flapping motion. This creates a baitfish-style movement that looks natural without overpowering the presentation. Best Rigging Options The Engine Like Five ES Elastomer Minnow is an excellent choice for jighead minnow fishing, forward-facing sonar presentations, strolling, hover-style techniques, and finesse baitfish setups. Pair it with a light jig head, swimbait head, or finesse-style hook depending on depth, cover, and fish behavior. Jighead minnow: great for suspended bass and forward-facing sonar fishing Strolling: ideal for subtle mid-column baitfish presentations Small swimbait head: strong option around bait schools, points, and grass edges Finesse rigging: useful when bass are pressured or following without committing Key Features Premium Engine Like Five ES elastomer minnow bait 5-inch / 127mm baitfish profile 5 baits per pack Buoyant elastomer material creates natural drifting action Redesigned body helps control buoyancy and maintain range on a jig head Textured finish and flat sides create a realistic baitfish look Salt mixed only in the belly for balanced action Approximately 7.8g bait weight Front-body rolling action with rear-body flapping movement Great for finesse bass fishing, jighead minnows, strolling, and forward-facing sonar techniques Best Uses Forward-facing sonar fishing Jighead minnow presentations Strolling and mid-column minnow techniques Finesse bass fishing Clear-water and pressured-bass situations Suspended fish around bait schools Fishing points, grass edges, docks, offshore cover, and open-water bass Why Fish the Engine Like Five ES Elastomer Minnow?
