Engine Hatch Actuator Relay Box

Many manufactures ran all the amperage thru the switch which creates a voltage drop slowing the actuator and making it weak. This kit when installed gets voltage from the battery and only uses the switch to trigger the relays allowing more voltage to go to the actuator. This kit is easy to install, a few connectors, a fuse or breaker, and maybe a little wire and your actuator will act like brand new. The case is waterproof so water is not an issue. This is a 12 volt system rated for 40 amps. The wiring is very simple, 6 wires and mount it. This can not be used on Lenco or Bennett systems   Technical Information  RELAY Contact Rating: 30/40 A @ 14 VDC Contact Resistance: 100 mΩ Coil Voltage: 12 VDC Pickup Voltage: ≤ 70% Release Voltage: ≥ 10% Coil Power: 1.8 Watts Insulation Resistance: 100 MΩ Dielectric Strength: Between open contacts - 500 VAC Between coil & contact - 750 VAC Mechanical Cycle Life 1 x 105 Electrical Cycle Life: 1 x 107 Temperature Range: ~55 to +85°C Weight: 1.41 oz (40 g) Tab Size (in.): 0.25
