EnerTea

“Consistent, focused energy” Mornings can be a struggle, here’s a blend that can help increase focus, energy and beat that brain fog! Our blend has enough caffeine to help without having the crash! The organic herbs in this blend are -> Sencha Green Tea -> Ginkgo Biloba -> Eleuthero Root (American Ginseng) -> Orange Peel -> Ginger  The taste profile is a light earthy tea with fruity and refreshing notes. The sencha green tea base is a light and grounding herb which blends with the eleuthero root perfectly! The gingko biloba brings in a layer of sweet but unique flavor. The ginger and orange lend a lightly sweet and uplifting flavor, along with the powerhouse of benefits they provide! This tea is really flexible when it comes to brewing. Generally green tea can become bitter if it is not brewed at the right temperature, but this sencha green tea is so forgiving! First way of preparing is simple: load up the amount of herb you prefer (1/2tsp-1tsp) in an herb infuser, french press, or my favorite, a plain mason jar! Pour boiling water (generally 8oz) over and let it steep until cool enough to touch. Then strain it according to the way you prepared and enjoy!  My FAVORITE & most effective way of preparing is an overnight infusion! I'll prepare the same way as above but I will let it infuse overnight (sometimes longer - it's a flexible blend). The way these herbs work, the longer it infuses the better. This is PERFECT first thing in the morning with some local honey and Fire Cider!  Each bag has 15-20 servings in it!  Loose leaf tea can be intimidating so please feel free to reach out over email or check out Roots Facebook group if you have any questions! *Just a heads-up: These statements haven’t been reviewed by the FDA.
