They are also known by alternative names such as FR6 in IEC standards and L91 in ANSI/NEDA standards. These batteries are equivalent in size and voltage to standard AA alkaline batteries. However, the LN91 Industrial Lithium batteries have a significantly longer charge capacity and operate better in extreme temperatures, though they come at a higher price point. Energizer AA LN91 Industrial Lithium batteries operate with a standard voltage of 1.5 volts and have a termination voltage of around 0.8 volts. Their capacity is approximately 3000mAh, and they measure 50.5 mm in height and 14.5 mm in diameter. These batteries function effectively in a temperature range of -40°C to +60°C, though they should be stored at temperatures below 30°C. The chemical composition of Energizer AA LN91 Industrial Lithium is Lithium (Li) and Iron Disulfide (FeS2). In the industry, these batteries may also be referred to as lithium industrial AA batteries.
