Energizing Citrus Tea

Dehydrated lemon, orange, & grapefruit with green tea & cacao nibs amplify the invigorating effects of Amazonian herbs bobinsana & ilex guayusa. Believed to be a sacred plant teacher, bobinsana offers a range of benefits for the body & soul, including gentle heart opening & stimulant qualities in our Energizing Citrus Tea. Ilex guayusa gives you the boost you need, containing caffeine for wakefulness & plentiful L-theanine for a calming sensation. You get energized without the dreaded energy drink crash!   Brew Instructions: Utilize a cloth tea bag or mesh basket to deposit one tablespoon of Fall Apple Digestive Tea leaves into your most beloved cup. Then, pour 8 ounces of boiling water precisely over the tea, and let the mixture steep for 3-5 minutes or until the desired flavor is acquired.
