Enea Pinot Grigio

Tasting Notes Enea Pinot Grigio is a crisp, dry white wine crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the calcareous clay and sandy soils of Northern Italy's Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT. In the glass, this vibrant varietal exhibits a beautiful straw-yellow hue and opens with a delicate, clean bouquet. The aromatic profile is defined by notes of acacia flowers, fresh minerals, and ripe pear, alongside undercurrents of spice, almond, and stone fruits like apricot and tangerine. On the palate, the wine balances a softly textured body with a lively, natural acidity that leads into a clean, zesty citrus finish. This bright profile serves as a natural palate cleanser, making it highly versatile for food pairings. It functions beautifully on its own as a chilled aperitif, but it truly shines alongside light meals. Ideal culinary matches include fresh green salads, mild soft cheeses, light chicken or white meat dishes, and an array of seafood—ranging from briny oysters and shrimp scampi to grilled white fish and sushi. 750ml
