End Gable - House Plan

The End Gable is an attractive 3 bedroom single story home plan with elements of traditional and farmhouse style.  A 2 car side garage leads into the mud room with space for built-ins, a half bathroom and direct laundry access. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry, island facing the living room and a sun-lit dining room to the rear.  The partially vaulted great room with a fireplace leads out to the vaulted rear porch with 12ft sliding glass doors.  The primary bed suite faces the rear for privacy and is nicely isolated from the rest of the home. This spacious suite features a walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and freestanding tub.  Two secondary bedrooms shared a privacy bathroom on the left side of the floorplan.  Upstairs, a bonus room can be configured for additional living space as needed.
