The Vacation "ENCOUNTER"

I'm not going to apologize. I fully believe in extraterrestrial life, and I've always wanted a ski that captures that energy without being gimmicky. This one absolutely nails it. Siva K Hanson is an Edmonton, Alberta painter who picked up a brush during recovery from a skateboarding accident and never put it down. She works primarily in acrylics, painting with a raw emotional honesty that translates directly into her landscapes. She often explores nature as a metaphor for resilience, and you feel that in her work. What I love about this painting is how understated it is. It reads at first glance as a scenic landscape, hills, mountains, sky. And then you notice the UFO. Bold against the surreal color palette, like it was always there and you just weren't looking. There's dot-splatter making up the stars in the sky and other small details you'll continue discovering mid-chairlift. The canvas texture came through beautifully in our scan too, giving it this incredible tactile quality. We’re building only 100 pairs of this Limited Edition graphic on The Vacation ski and J Lev hand-signed and numbered each. Get yours now to own a ski as rare as a UFO sighting.
