Lightweight, durable, and built in the USA design ethos — the smart investment for better coffee at home. FAQ: How does the stepless adjustment compare to the Encore ESP? The Pro offers true stepless precision (vs. stepped micro/macro on the ESP), allowing finer tweaks for dialed-in espresso without compromising filter grind quality. Ideal for users chasing pro-level results. Is it messy with static or retention? Anti-Static Technology and the flow-control disk minimize clumping and scatter. Most users report very low retention (0.1-0.3g); the included dosing cup and tray optimize workflow. Suitable for beginners or just advanced users? Excellent for both. The intuitive timer, auto-stop, and simple controls make it accessible for newcomers, while the precision satisfies experienced baristas upgrading their setup.
