EMX ULT-MVP Multi-Voltage Vehicle Loop Detector

The EMX ULT-MVP is a single-loop, multi-voltage vehicle loop detector from the ULTRALOOP series. It accepts 12 to 60 VDC or 12 to 240 VAC (48 to 62 Hz), so it does not need to be matched to the operator supply. It plugs into an 11-pin socket or harness (JEDEC B11-88). It has two SPDT (form C) relays rated 2 A at 30 VDC and 0.5 A at 125 VAC. The second relay can be set for loop fault, pulse on entry or exit, or Detect-On-Stop (output only after the vehicle stops on the loop). The ULTRAMETER display shows the sensitivity setting needed to detect a vehicle on the loop and shows crosstalk. Sensitivity has 10 settings and there are 4 loop frequencies. Other functions: automatic sensitivity boost, delay, fail-safe or fail-secure, and normal (5 minute) or infinite presence. Current draw is 20 mA standby and 50 mA in detect. Loop inductance range is 20 to 2000 µH. Size is 2.9 in x 1.2 in x 3.1 in, weight 0.25 lb, operating temperature -40°F to 180°F. EMX warranty is 2 years. CE compliant.
