Empress Dry Gin

Empress Dry Gin is a beautifully crafted gin from Victoria Distillers in British Columbia, Canada, known for its striking purple hue and sophisticated flavor profile. Made with a unique blend of botanicals such as juniper, coriander, grapefruit peel, and tea leaves, Empress Gin stands out for its infusion of butterfly pea flower, which gives it its signature vibrant color. This gin offers a bold, aromatic experience with a perfect balance of traditional gin flavors and a touch of floral elegance. On the nose, Empress Dry Gin presents a blend of bright citrus, fragrant herbs, and a hint of floral sweetness. The palate is complex and smooth, with the crisp juniper and citrus notes giving way to a soft floral undertone, and a gentle touch of spice from the other botanicals. The finish is clean, dry, and slightly floral, with lingering citrus and herbal notes. The signature color of the gin transforms when mixed with tonic or citrus, creating a visually stunning drink. Empress Gin is perfect for classic cocktails like a Gin and Tonic, Martini, or a creative twist on gin cocktails, offering a visually and flavorfully captivating experience.
