Empress 1908 Gin Indigo

Empress 1908 Indigo Gin is a visually stunning, small-batch spirit celebrated for its natural indigo color and sophisticated botanical blend. Produced in Victoria, British Columbia, it combines classic ingredients like juniper, coriander, and citrus with unique botanicals, including butterfly pea blossom, which gives it its signature deep blue hue. The aroma is bright and inviting, with notes of citrus, florals, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, showcasing juniper alongside layers of grapefruit, rose, and herbal complexity, with a gentle earthy undertone. The finish is crisp and refined, leaving lingering impressions of citrus and floral notes. When combined with citrus or tonic, its color shifts from deep indigo to soft lavender or pink, making it as captivating in appearance as it is in taste—ideal for elegant cocktails or a premium gin and tonic.
