Emperor's Jasmine Pearls

These small, beautiful, green tea pearls, scented with jasmine blossoms are a Rare Tea Cellar favorite.  To create this unique tea, young green tea leaves are hand-rolled into delicate pearls and dried.  Once dry, the pearls are gently blended with night-blooming jasmine flowers.   As the jasmine flowers open, they impart their intoxicating fragrance on to the pearls.  After blooming, each jasmine flower is removed by hand. This process happens a minimum of five times ensuring the delicate scent is carried throughout the pearls.  Origin: China Caffeine Content: Med-High Weight: 1/4lb - Avg. 60 Cups / 1lb - Avg. 240 Cups Quantity:  1 tablespoon per 12oz.  Water temperature: 190ºF Brewing time: 3-5 minutes.
