Emma™ Electronic Mass Measurement Assistant

The Emma™ Electronic Mass Measurement Assistant transforms lab operations by helping technicians conduct routine tests efficiently.  The measurement assistant provides step-by-step test procedures to quickly capture data from the scale.  In addition, the Emma collects the data, performs calculations and reports the results. Its analysis software allows users to remotely tare scales, capture sample weights and follow guided test procedures.  The electronic mass measurement assistant plugs in directly to the serial port of a lab scale and the software walks you through the tests.  The software comes preloaded with many tests including Bulk Specific Gravity (Gmb), Max Specific Gravity (Gmm), Determination of Air Voids in Compacted Asphalt Mixes (AV). It also features Expert Mode to conduct the tests and generate instant PDF reports with company branding, project details and automatic calculations based on ASTM and AASHTO standards.  The electronic mass measurement assistant is compatible with the most popular lab scales including A&D, Ohaus, Cole-Palmer and Adam/Luna digital scales.   Electronic Mass Measurement Assistant Preloaded Tests Include: AASHTO T 27 Sieve Analysis of Fine and Coarse Aggregates AASHTO T 30 Mechanical Analysis of Extracted Aggregate AASHTO T 166 (Method A) Bulk Specific Gravity (Gmb) of Compacted HMA using SSD AASHTO T 209 Theoretical Maximum Specific Gravity (Gmm) of HMA AASHTO T 255 Total Moisture Content of Aggregate by Drying AASHTO T 269 Determination of Air Voids in Compacted Bituminous Mixtures AASHTO T 308 Asphalt Binder Content of Asphalt Mixtures by Ignition AASHTO T 329 Moisture Content of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) by Oven AASHTO T 331 Bulk Specific Gravity (Gmb) Vacuum Sealing ASTM D2041 Theoretical Maximum Specific Gravity (Gmm) and Density of Asphalt Mixtures ASTM D2726 Bulk Specific Gravity (Gmb) of Non-Absorptive Compacted Asphalt Mixtures ASTM D6752 Bulk Specific Gravity and Density Using Automatic Vacuum Sealing Method More Tests Coming Soon!
