Harvested in Madera, California in November 2024 and cold-pressed at peak freshness, its vivid profile balances richness and clarity: think fresh artichoke, roasted almond, and a clean line of black pepper. Green without being grassy. Bold without being sharp. Though it shines as a finishing oil, Verdi isn’t fussy.
