Emergency Fire Starter Necklace - Ultra Lightweight Mini Ferro Rod with Ceramic Striker & Neck Lanyard

Our emergency fire starter necklace features uses a small 5/16" diameter x 1-1/4" long "micro" ferro rod made from our special PyroStryke alloy that can produce a small showering of intense fire making sparks when struck with the ultralightweight ceramic striker. The striking edge of the ceramic is far superior standard steel strikers and will produce a much better spark shower with less effort. The neck lanyard features safety pop connectors and 40-inches of Black 425 paracord that could also come in handy for other uses in an emergency. Due to the small size, it's not intended or recommended as a primary fire-starting option, but its convenient, easy-to-carry features make it a great back up option when you're on the go. This survival tool is a must-have for hiking, backpacking, hunting, or camping and its compact size is ideal for your bug-out gear bag. Makes a perfect gift for the hiker, backpacker, or camper in your life. VERY EASY TO USE - Scrape the black coating off the striker rod, and firmly & quickly push the sharp edge of the striker tool on the Ferro rod surface to create a shower of sparks WATERPROOF - A reliable source of fire in even under the worst weather including rain, snow and humid conditions. COMPACT/LIGHTWEIGHT - Perfect addition to your backpack, daypack, hiking gear, bug-out bag and in the glovebox of your vehicles.
