EMD Auto ARP 625+ Custom Head Stud Kit For E888.3 Audi / VW *OUT OF STOCK ETA 11/15/26*

Introducing our custom ARP 625+ head stud Kit, the ultimate solution for high-powered MQB engines. When building these engines, we frequently found that we were limited to ARP2000 head studs, which are tapered and weaker than stock head bolts. Having developed DAZA head studs to handle over 1,000 horsepower, we felt that it was necessary to bring to market a similar application for the 2.0T cars. Key Features: - Direct Replacement: Seamlessly replaces stock head bolts without the need for block or head modifications, ensuring hassle-free installation. - Maximum Clamp Load: Featuring a constant diameter shank, our studs deliver maximum clamp load, offering superior stability under extreme conditions. Some other kits use a reduced diameter shank, greatly reducing the holding capability. - Custom Bull Nose Design: Engineered with a custom bull nose, our studs fully out in the bottom out in the block, ensuring complete thread engagement for maximum clamping force. - Exceptional Strength: Boasting an impressive tensile strength from 260,000 to 280,000 psi, our ARP 625+ material outperforms any stud available on the market. Tensile strength reports can be viewed below. Crafted from genuine ARP 625+ material, our kit stands apart from generic inconel 625 or tool steel alternatives, providing uncompromising quality and performance you can trust. Whether you're running a hybrid turbo setup or a powerful full frame kit, our custom ARP 625+ head stud kit offers the peace of mind you need for high-performance applications.  For installation instructions, please click here.
