embrace your battles

Battles are inevitable. Sometimes, we battle against the world, our society, our communities. Other times we battle against our friends, our family—ourselves. What would it like to lean into those battles? To face them, arms wide open, with the keen understanding that as ugly or unexpected as they can be, there is more to benefit by embracing them rather than resisting them. What walls, what giants would fall then? This rayo & honey collaboration with GLOSSRAGS intent is to acknowledge and honor struggles, especially the unspoken ones. The ones that occupy our minds, cripple our will, and wounds our hearts. The struggles we didn’t think we’d make it through and the struggles we still grapple with today. We see you, we are you.
