Embrace Chaos - Cut Files

👶🏼When I found out I was pregnant with twins, my oldest son was just barely 1. I was not sure how my mental health was going to be. I was really worried and stressed, because I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it. So I started to repeat a phrase in my head that soon became my mantra. “Embrace Chaos”. I started to tell my brain that I didn’t have to be awesome at it, I just had to embrace it and go with the flow. The harder I would try and control it or look for ways to have no chaos, it just got worse. So I would repeat the phrase and immediately calm down. It has tremendously shaped how I handle everything now that I have 3 children 3 and under. ❇️ I wanted to let you have access to this design as well, because I know there are other moms out there that feel this way too!
