90Min Emergency Battery Backup | 2.200Lm | 120/277V | LinmoreLED EMB

Keep your paths illuminated and your workers safe during unexpected power outages with the Emergency Battery Backup, 90 min, 2200lm, for Low Voltage fixtures only. Engineered by Linmore LED (Product Code: EMB), this heavy-duty, commercial-grade emergency driver module provides an immediate, reliable life-safety illumination path when building utility power fails. Designed exclusively for low-voltage luminaire drivers (120-277V AC), this intelligent battery system monitors incoming structural power lines continuously. The moment it detects a power drop or a blackout, its high-efficiency control relay triggers instantly, keeping the fixture illuminated with zero interruption. The EMB system is equipped with a premium, high-temperature-rated internal battery pack delivering an initial energy footprint of 16 Watts. This allows the unit to punch out a powerful 2200 initial lumens, before stabilizing at a steady 2000 lumens of clean egress light for a minimum of 90 minutes, meeting strict NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and OSHA facility requirements. Built directly into a rugged architectural enclosure that mounts easily inside or adjacent to the fixture's primary wiring channel, it includes an integrated charging circuit that fully recharges the battery cells once main power returns. Smart Emergency Monitoring & Factory-Ready Integration: The EMB module features an advanced smart charging system that prevents battery damage from overcharging and handles high ambient temperatures inside unconditioned industrial spaces. It comes equipped with a combination test switch and LED status indicator light, allowing facility maintenance teams to run code-mandated emergency readiness walk-tests in seconds. It integrates flawlessly into Linmore LED's interior low-voltage fixture lines—such as the Essentials Series 4.0 (ES4) High Bays—giving engineers a dependable, code-compliant safety configuration that does not require auxiliary exterior backup generators. Key Features: 90-Minute Emergency Egress Loop: Delivers dependable, code-compliant backup power that meets standard safety requirements for commercial facilities during power losses. Optimized 2200-Lumen Initial Burst: Projects an impressive 2200 lumens of initial brightness before settling into a stable 2000-lumen footprint for the rest of the safety cycle. Low-Voltage (120-277V) Compatibility: Specially calibrated to match low-voltage internal driver setups without altering the fixture's profile. 16W High-Efficiency Power Core: Uses an efficient 16-Watt internal charging loop to ensure quick, stable energy storage. Integrated Testing Switch: Features an accessible external test button and LED charge status indicator light for easy facility code compliance checks.
