(The custom crush facility where Screaming Eagle, Staglin, Pahlmeyer and more got their start).  Owning one of the Valley’s oldest, most prestigious facilities and over 600 acres of vineyards for 100+ years allows the Pelissa to deliver amazing value with the Elizabeth Rose label. The wine opens with aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple, white peach, and Meyer lemon, layered with subtle notes of honeysuckle, melon, and a faint mineral edge.
