Elixir Apothecary Candle

Step into a world of 19th-century wonder with the Elixir Apothecary Candle, inspired by the patent medicines of the 1800s. These “miracle cures” promised to smooth wrinkles, cure disease, and even prolong life—though the truth was more about showmanship than science. Many early medicines used opium poppies, one of the first medicinal compounds ever isolated in pure form. This captivating candle blends top notes of pomegranate and orange, heart notes of cherry blossoms and opium poppies, and a warm base of black peppercorn, cardamom, and coca. Poured into vintage amber glass, it evokes the charm and curiosity of old apothecaries.
