Elite Powder with Creatine - Green Apple (2-Pack)

How to use: Mix one stick into 16 to 32 oz of cold water, shake well, and drink. Zest Elite is a full-water-bottle serving, not an 8 oz cup. If it tastes too tart, add more water — up to 32 oz per stick. More water just means more hydration. Green Apple, 2-pack — 2 pouches, 60 sticks total. About 2 months of daily creatine and hydration. 5 grams of creatine means nothing if your body can't deliver it. Research suggests the right electrolytes can increase absorption by up to 88%.† That's why Zest Elite pairs a clinically studied dose with an expertly crafted 3,520mg electrolyte complex, built to replenish what your muscles burn through. Per stick: 5g creatine monohydrate, 3,520mg electrolyte complex (1,100mg sodium, 2,000mg chloride, 320mg potassium, 60mg calcium, 40mg magnesium), 0g sugar, 0mg caffeine. 60 sticks total across 2 pouches of 30. One stick a day, any time — no loading phase required. Shake well before drinking and swirl halfway through; pure creatine is denser than water and naturally settles. Sweetened with stevia. Vegan, gluten-free and keto-friendly. Made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility.
